  Das überaus freundliche und serviceorientierte Personal, auch nett zum Hund! Hohe Sauberkeit und sehr gute Küche in "Landhausqualität" zu vernünftigen Preisen. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück auch mit veganen Produkten.

  Bei den hohen Temperaturen war die nicht atmungsaktive Bettwäsche keine gute Wahl, hier soll sich aber eventuell was ändern. Sonntags morgen um 7 Uhr das Läuten der nahen Kirche.

  Sehr geehrter Herr Ferreira, wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich für die Ausgestaltung unserer Feier anlässlich unseres 50-jährigen Abiturs. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service war ganz besonders aufmerksam und freundlich. Unser besonderer Dank gilt der jungen Damen, die uns den ganzen Nachmittag/Abend hindurch sehr freundlich und zugewandt bedient hat ! Sie hat auf jeden Wunsch sofort reagiert.   The warm welcome I received from the gentleman on reception. It made me feel I was indeed wanted as a guest and not just a source of income for the hotel. Being offered an alternative room on the ground floor rather than the first floor when he saw my mobility issues. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in; it suited me perfectly but that is a personal taste and others might find it too hard/soft for their liking, but for me it was a big plus.

  I asked at reception on check-in for a table outside but that message didn't seem to have got through to the waitresses. More importantly, they hadn't recorded that I had booked half board and hurriedly had to cobble together a "half board" menu.

  The staff here are excellent So welcoming and adaptable. We were pate and still gave us more than full service.

  Nothing to not like.

  Ideal for a relaxing one night stay as a stopover for onward travel. The location, accommodation, staff; especially the staff. They were a delight and so helpful. When we come back to the area, we know where we will stay.

  Our satnav dropped us at the bottom of the Berg, ostensibly at the back of the hotel. Could have done with one more signpost from Kirchstrasse to the roundabout on the Rundweg and the signpost up the hill to the hotel. Otherwise no problems.

  Burg Wassenberg ist ein vorzügliches Hotel mit äußerst freundlichem und professionell hilfsbereitem Personal. Ich und meine Frau wurden mit unaufdringlicher Eleganz aufgenommen und humorvoll betreut. In dieser Gegend ein Favorit mit meinem absoluten Vertrauenskredit und sehr empfehlenswert.

  Die Fenster sind bestimmt schwer zugänglich, aber auch sie könnte man dem Licht zuliebe gelegentlich auch mal wieder putzen.
