Das die Heizung funktioniert hat und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche gut war und das Wasser sofort warm wurde

  Für den Preis, vor allem für das Frühstück, hatte ich schon viel bessere Hotels. Das Zimmer bzw. die Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bettlaken war so dünn, dass man die Matratze durchsehen konnte und die Badezimmertür war von innen sehr schmutzig (was man gesehen hat, nachdem man geduscht hat-Fett und eingetrocknete Wasserspuren, als wenn man dort etwas drangeschüttet hat, was mal geklebt hat). Das Frühstück war für diesen Preis keineswegs gerechtfertigt. Der Kaffee aus dem Automat hat furchtbar geschmeckt, total verwässert und die Wurst sah eingetrocknet aus. Von der Auswahl ganz zu schweigen. Das Obst sah ebenfalls schon alt aus und am zweiten Morgen gab es keine Eier. Der Chef hatte vergessen, welche zu kaufen. Die Brötchen waren latschig und die billigsten vom Billigen. Diese bekommt man im Penny etc. für 20 Cent. Einziger Lichtblick beim Frühstück war die Freundlichkeit der Servicekraft. Beim Abgeben der Zimmerkarte wurde nicht mal gefragt, ob alles ok war..

  Wie immer: sehr freundliches Personal und ich habe gut geschlafen.

  Bitte auch auf Details achten: Spannbettlaken für die Matratze zu klein - eine Kleinigkeit, aber beeinflusst trotzdem den Eindruck.

  The young man at the front desk was super friendly and helped us find a restaurant for dinner. The location was perfect. Breakfast was also very good. Price was decent.

  My only issue was that the room was cold when we arrived and then in the middle of the night the heat went off and we were freezing. We texted the numbers at the desk and the heat went back on eventually but my daughter had wet hair after playing tennis and was frozen. We ended up pushing the two beds together to stay warm. I also spoke with the young man at the front desk and we are certain that someone has spoked in that room (most likely the bathroom).

  Es war mir wie immer eine Freude bei euch zu sein. Ansonsten komme ich gern wieder. DANKE

  Leider habt ihr keine Verpflegung ausser das Frühstück, schön wäre für den Abend Kleingkeiten zu essen ( Suppe und vielleicht Würstchen, Frikadelle und Kartoffelsalat ) und ne kleine Bar, wo man sich zurückziehen kann.

  Das Zimmer war groß und hatte eine Küche mit Herd und Mikrowelle

  My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, even though the room itself was good. First, the address on the booking was incorrect — I wasted time looking for the hotel in Rodgau, but it is actually located in Obertshausen. At the reception, I was incorrectly told that I had only paid €312.47 and needed to pay the remaining amount up to €415.44, even though I showed proof of full payment. Moreover, my personal data was incorrect in their system (wrong phone number, email, and address), and I was told the booking was made via Booking.com, which is not true — I booked directly on the hotel’s website, but apparently a third-party company (getaroom.com) processed it and charged a €107.06 service fee without clear notice.
