  Das Zimmer ist generell sehr schön und sauber , auch das Badezimmer ist neuwertig und sauber. Wirklich bedenkenlos zu empfehlen!

  Leider konnte man im TV nur das erste Programm sehen, alles andere war verschlüsselt .... und der Ton an dem Gerät ist ebenfalls grausam, da wäre sicher mal ein Austausch vom Gerät fällig. Einen Föhn habe ich im Zimmer vermisst...

  I liked everything about the hotel - the location, the room facilities and the ability to drink coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby. I was not disturbed by the noise about which I've read in the feedback in Booking.com. I also appreciate Gabriele Rau's hospitality, she wrote us when the room was ready that we could come earlier for check-in, and when we came, showed us everything.

  The communication from Kangarooms prior to my arrival was very bad. Shortly after I booked and paid for my stay through Booking, I received a letter from hotel stating that my payment was not complete and that I needed to pay 3.46 EUR through PayPal. There was no explanation for this extra payment. I didn't understand why I should pay extra and I couldn't do it via PayPal because I don't have a PayPal account. I wrote many letters to Kangarooms and Booking customer support and didn't get any answers. Booking also couldn't reach Kangarooms by email or phone. I was afraid that I would not be able to stay at Kangarooms when I arrived. I spent a lot of time and nerves in uncertainty. Finally I called customer support, was waiting on the line for about 1 hour while they managed to reach Kangoorooms and received information that it is a city tax that was not included in the price and I can pay it upon arrival. This situation of not being able to contact the hotel seems completely unacceptabl

  Man muss wissen, dass durch die direkte Lage an der Schlache viel Lärm ins Zimmer dringt.

  Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer, freundlicher Kontakt und Top-Lage

  Morgens um 6 fahren anscheinend alle LKW rückwärts am Hotel vorbei und machen einen Höllenlärm

  Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Großes Zimmer und Bad zum wohlfühlen.
