I liked the service especially the young girl who was so attentive quick and patient in explaining things and providing us with what ever information or service we asked for. The owners were also friendly and kind. Over all it's a nice experience to stay in this hotel.

  Der Preis ist relativ hoch für eine Übernachtung, ansonsten alles tiptop.

  Die sehr persönliche und engagierte Note, welche ich an einem solch touristischen Ort nie erwartet hätte.

  Es war ein super Aufenthalt von A(nreise) bis Z(immer) :-) Das ganze Team ist sehr herzlich & zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt! Die schöne und schlichte Einrichtung, das super leckere Essen und die tolle Bedienung und natürlich die Natur haben dafür gesorgt, dass sich eine Nacht und 1 Tag wie eine ganze Woche Ferien angefühlt hat. Ich danke dem ganzen Team von Herzen für den tollen Aufenthalt. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen!

  We have stayed at Arva many times, and will always go back for a nice holiday! it is the only place in Switzerland that I have visited more than once, the location is amazing yes, but also those who are working here are just as amazing. Really wonderful atmosphere, people, food, everything ...

  Es hat uns sehr gefallen bei euch. Man spürt dass ihr eine sehr gute Stimmung habt im Team. Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

  The design, location, and service of this lodge were incredible. The shower was hot with good water pressure and was perfect after a long day of hiking. The views from the patio eating dinner after the crowds depart was fantastic. I had breakfast at 7:30AM and there was no one, literally no one, around the lake. I then started my hike and was alone all morning since you're the first to hike. As stated in the information when booking the hotel, the lodge is historic and therefore the walls are a bit thin. This wasn't an issue for me at all, however, as I brought earplugs and everyone was respectfully quiet at a reasonable time. Stay here if you can! If you love the outdoors, the memories you make will be magical.
