How thoughtful Chalet Arva on bathroom amenities where they included women sanitary pads and tampons too, as on previous weekend, we were at Fronalpstock and had to go down the mountain to get them -sanitary pads or tampons-. Didn't realise it is a very thoughtful gesture to have it as one of the amenities. The bedroom design is very cleaned, lovely ambience and very relaxing settings. We stayed at the balcony bedroom which highly recommended. Dinner - homemade butter is to go for, it is so delicious. Maybe we just really appreciated the effort. The team -including the dogs- was amazing, very welcoming and spoke very good English which was a bonus. It has been wonderful process of experiences from making the bookings -we have booked 2 bedrooms- till we have checked out. Can't wait to return and stay with them again.

  The only thing that we didn't like (out of 4 people), my meatball dinner sauce was a little too salty.

  There aren't any words to truly capture how incredible our stay at Arva was. The kindness and hospitality we were shown was above and beyond expected, both dinner and breakfast was delicious, the best meal we have had so far in Switzerland. And the accomodation... wow!!!! We had an incredible view from our balcony, but even better was having the entire lake to ourselves at night. We were out walking until 10pm and it was stunningly beautiful and peaceful. Thank you so very much for our wonderful and memorable experience.

  Der Service ist äusserst freundlich - von der Begrüssung über den Aufenthalt bis zur Verabschiedung. Es ist wunderschön nach Ende der Bahnzeiten alleine an dieser sehr gut besuchten Sehenswürdigkeit zu sein.

  Der Preis ist im höheren Segment - dafür gibt es lediglich 6 Zimmer.

  Everything is wonderful, especially everyone working there .. it really feels like being at a home away from home. The newly renovated room was also really great!

  Die Lage, die Freundlichkeit, der super Service, das vorzügliche Essen. Eigentlich das ganze Packet! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

  Alles ist stimming, sehr ästhetisch eingerichtet, motivierte und liebevolle Bedienung, eine echte Trouvaille - klein aber fein!
