I loved the location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The food was DELICIOUS! The setting was perfect. Thank you so much for the good memories.

  The only thing I would change is having a top sheet! But this is everywhere in Switzerland! It is hot and there in only a quilt.

  The service was amazing! Your employee who worked the evening and morning of our stay (4 Aug) was very attentive, friendly, and wonderful at her job. We were really impressed! The room was beautiful and clean, and we really enjoyed our meal.

  The only thing missing is maybe a fan or screen/sheer curtain for the window. It was very hot during our stay.

  Only recommendation would be to give guests a head's up that the walk to the chalet is on tougher gravel that may damage suitcase wheels (mine got broken) and recommend that guests take the shuttle if that is a concern. I did very much appreciate that the chalet helped transport our luggage the morning of our departure while we stayed longer at the lake.

  Quite literally everything. The service especially was top notch, truly professional.

  We loved everything about our stay. Thank you so much for creating this beautiful space! I was very surprised that you even had Hafermilch and gluten free bread - I don’t expect it in the mountain huts.

  Oeschinensee has changed so much in last 10 years. It’s overrun with tourists. I found it very sad that there was not a quiet moment in the evening or early morning, when the gondola doesn’t operate, that the tourists would not be there. But obviously you can’t do anything about it. You just created a nice little space a bit away from this craziness. Thank you.
