Sehr herzliche und wundervoll bezogene Gastfreundschaft. Wirklich außergewöhnlich. Ein guter Ort zum Verweilen.

  Our night at Arva was incredible, from the moment we walked onto the patio. Nicola, her family and everyone there works with so much heart to make the experience beautiful and welcoming. When we stayed for the night it felt like we were included in the family and the history of this majestic place. Nothing compares to the stillness after the crowds leave, getting to feel humbled by the mountains and lake while eating artisanal food made with love. This was our favorite night in all of Switzerland. Be sure to ask Nicola about her family’s history, they are so gracious to share such a meaningful place with everyone who visits. The bed and room were incredibly comfortable and I slept better than I have in a long time. Breakfast was also above and beyond. Nicola and her family work hard to give everyone a wonderful experience, please show them the same kindness they show all! We dream of coming back and will always remember our time here!

  The remoteness & location of Arva. Friendly staff and the house dog ;) Dinner was exceptional plus presentation of the dishes (butter would be a nice add on with the fresh bread). Room was really cozy, love the colour scheme, great hot water. Simple but very tasteful. We loved the sky roof window that we could open during the night for fresh air. I would definitely recommend Arva! Thank you �

  The bed was not comfortable at all! It was way too soft and not a good support for the back. So we didn't have the best sleep like we hoped we would have in the mountains. For the room we had it would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner. The gel that is offered in the shower as a 2 in 1 is not a great shampoo at all. My hair felt like glue and was one big knot after using the “2 in 1”.
