Nice room, big enough for 1 person. Wificode should be somewhere visable in the room but wasn't , so I had to wait till the next morning. Bed sheet very small for an adult man who tosses around during his sleep. Opening hours of reception / bar very limited , maybe till 23 hrs would be better. Breakfast was good and very much choice, good coffee. Nice people at reception and waiting with breakfast.

  Restricted reception/bar time especially because of Rosenmontag. Parking policy: if you leave for a visit somewhere else there is no garantee that you have the same parking place. Toilet roll is too close near your body/arm........one tile further up would be much easier to handle

  Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr sauber, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr schöner Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf die Festung Ehrenbreitstein und tolle Aussicht vom Balkon des Zimmers.

  Die Basic-Zimmer sind recht eng, beim nächsten Mal werden wir ein etwas größeres Zimmer buchen.

  Überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, egal ob Service oder Reception. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Hotel in sehr schöner Lage.

  Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Zimmer war sehr schön, toller Ausblick auf den Rhein und die Festung. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
