4th floor river view room very clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet extensive. Hotel in excellent position, short walk to Eck, to the Old Town, and the cable car to the fort. Particularly kind young lady at reception is to be highly commended for her helpfulness and enthusiasm.

  Room too warm and could not adjust the temperature. No kettle in room, however I was able to get one from reception.

  Dass man erst am späten Nachmittag Getränke bekommt, die man sich selbst abholen muss.

  Comfortable and spacious room, very well located, very good breakfast, really nice to have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Rhein river. And free use of parkingplace behind the hotel (although limited in number).

  The bathroom is rather small and the shower is not very powerful.

  Wir wussten das das Zimmer sehr klein ist, das war ok! Auf dem Balkon hätte ich mir für morgens eigenen Sonnenschutz gewünscht(auf dem Balkon). Der Geruch im Bad war unangenehm und es waren noch Haare dort!
