  The room style, comfort, cleanliness, peace and tranquility. Everything!

  One point to make it complete: - Towels do not dry during the night, perhaps at certain days less than other days. In our case, we would have had more comfort if there was a portable heater to dry the towels on, or if we had an extra pair of bath and hand towels.

  How thoughtful Chalet Arva on bathroom amenities where they included women sanitary pads and tampons too, as on previous weekend, we were at Fronalpstock and had to go down the mountain to get them -sanitary pads or tampons-. Didn't realise it is a very thoughtful gesture to have it as one of the amenities. The bedroom design is very cleaned, lovely ambience and very relaxing settings. We stayed at the balcony bedroom which highly recommended. Dinner - homemade butter is to go for, it is so delicious. Maybe we just really appreciated the effort. The team -including the dogs- was amazing, very welcoming and spoke very good English which was a bonus. It has been wonderful process of experiences from making the bookings -we have booked 2 bedrooms- till we have checked out. Can't wait to return and stay with them again.

  The only thing that we didn't like (out of 4 people), my meatball dinner sauce was a little too salty.
