The staff, the location the room and value are all good. First, the hotel is a short taxi ride from the train station and it’s right by the river. Besides scenic, it’s also near the cable car and docks where Rhine cruises leave. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our late afternoon arrival was greeted by rain but a dinner restaurant is right next door. That said, better restaurants are merely a short walk away. The room was cozy with many plug in receptacles. My wife is very picky on the bed especially the mattress and it certainly passed her standard with flying colors. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

  You have to take your luggage at least half flight up even if you take the elevator.

  Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Ihnen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer mit Rheinblick war einfach klasse. Ganz besonders möchten wir uns bei Frau Morjan für ihre guten Tipps und ihre Kulanz bedanken. Das war nicht selbstverständlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
