Empfang von Frank war sehr schön und freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist traumhaft und Restaurant sehr gut.

  Sauberkeit von Räume und Pool Nutzung das es Gemeinschaft ist.

  Location- literally 15 metres to the beach, the spacious room, great air con and wifi. Mel on reception was great. Roof top terrace and pool good.

  Awning didn't retract but in reality was not any inconvenience to us.

  Absolutely amazing stay — easily a 10/10 experience We originally stayed for 3 days and honestly did not want to leave. The apartment, the atmosphere, the rooftop, the location and especially the service were all incredible. The staff was super friendly from the very beginning and always helpful with everything. They really made us feel welcome and were extremely accommodating throughout our whole stay. You can genuinely feel that guests are treated with care here and that made the whole experience even better. If you are looking for the perfect place in Mallorca / Playa de Palma, this is it. We will definitely come back. Thank you again for everything

  Definitiv ist anzumerken, dass der Service und das Personal einfach bombastisch waren. Egal welche Frage man hatte oder was mit welchem Wunsch man kam, er wurde sofort erfüllt. Die Lage, die Aussicht einfach umwerfend. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

  La atención al cliente es excelente. El check-in y check-out son sencillos y te dan facilidades para late check-in. Mell fue muy atenta con nosotros, a destacar su profesionalismo. Las habitaciones tienen buena distribución y la vista espectacular. Tiene buena conexión con los buses que te llevan al centro y está ubicado en una zona muy turística.

  Las sábanas eran blancas y por ende se notaba cuando tienen manchas. También se escucha mucho el ruido del pasillo de fuera.

  Die Lage....Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Chef war Cool und hat unseren Wunsch wegen Zimmerwechsel gleich erfüllt.

  Der Gestank in den Zimmern von dem darunter liegenden Restaurant war unerträglich.
